Account Deletion
This page explains how to request account deletion and what happens to your data.
What Deletion Means
- Your account profile and authentication records are removed.
- Your inventory items, box records, and media files are deleted.
- Access to synced cloud data is permanently revoked.
What May Be Retained
- Security and compliance logs required by law.
- De-identified analytics that cannot be linked to you.
How to Request Deletion
Method 1 - In App
- Open Home: Inventory and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Account.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
Method 2 - Email Request
- Email apparyaofficial@gmail.com.
- Use subject: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your account email and deletion confirmation.
Processing Timeline
- In-app requests are typically initiated immediately.
- Email requests are processed within 7 business days.
- Complete backend deletion can take up to 30 days.
Before deletion, export any inventory records you want to keep. Deleted data cannot be restored.
